In the past 12 months, InitialChat has collected the following categories of personal information:

- Customer Records:Phone number, billing address, payment info (via third-party).
- Commercial Info:Subscription details, transaction history.

"Do Not Sell My Info"
InitialChat **does not sell** your personal information in the traditional sense. However, like many online services, we use third-party analytics and advertising tools that may be considered "sharing" under CCPA.
