1 Phase 1: API User Creation
For security, Shiprocket requires a dedicated API user separate from your main account login.
- Log in to your Shiprocket Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > API > Configure.
- Click "Create API User".
- Enter a unique email (e.g., "ai@yourdomain.com") and password specifically for this integration.
2 Phase 2: InitialChat Connection
- In InitialChat, find the Shiprocket card.
- Enter the API Email and API Password you just created.
- Click Enable Integration.
- InitialChat will automatically authenticate and fetch your first set of tracking data.
