- In Integrations, click "Connect Facebook".
- Select the pages you want the AI to handle.
- Allow the
pages_messagingpermission.
2 Phase 2: Response Policies
Once connected, your AI works in real-time according to Business Inbox policies.
- 24-Hour Rule: The AI can only send messages to users who have messaged the page in the last 24 hours.
- Handover Protocol: If a human agent joins the chat through the Facebook Business Suite, the AI will automatically pause to let the human takeover.
